ModivCare in Greenwich, NY is seeking a Certified Caregiver (PCA/HHA) to deliver compassionate, one-on-one in-home care, helping with daily activities and personal tasks while ensuring safety and comfort for clients.

Qualifications

• Must have NYS PCA or HHA certification
• Willing to work in Greenwich, NY
• Available Monday–Friday, 7am–12pm or 8am–1pm
• Reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Provide medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalate safety issues as needed

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
• Communicate concerns and escalated safety issues as needed
