Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Certified Caregiver (HHA/PCA) to provide one-on-one care in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Earn $19.86/hr plus our Caregiver Rewards Program and other benefits. Flexible schedules include full-time, part-time, and weekend shifts.

The role requires NYS PCA or HHA certification, willingness to work 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm), and a compassionate, reliable, and trustworthy approach to client care.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Brooklyn and surrounding areas.
• NYS PCA or HHA certification required.
• Availability to work 12-hour shifts, 8am-8pm.
• Bedbound care and Hoyer lift experience preferred.
• Compassion, reliability, trustworthiness and honesty are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and mobility as needed.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Provide medication reminders and reinforce healthy routines.

Job Responsibilities:

• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
