Job summary

ModivCare is hiring a Certified Caregiver (PCA/HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care for clients. Earn $18.65/hr+ with our Caregiver Rewards Program and weekly pay. Flexible schedules and benefits support your well-being.

Responsibilities include companionship, daily living assistance, medication reminders, and maintaining a safe, clean home environment. Must have NYS PCA or HHA certification and be willing to work in Malta, Rexford, and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily living activities (dressing, bathing, meals) and safe lifting.
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
• Communicate safety concerns and escalation as needed.
