Job summary

ModivCare is hiring compassionate caregivers for PCA & HHA roles in the Babylon area. Earn $19.86 per hour plus rewards and extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program. You will provide one-on-one in-home care, companionship, and daily living assistance to clients in Babylon, Dix Hills and surrounding areas.

The role supports prevention of hospital visits and improves quality of life. Flex schedules, paid orientation, weekly pay, and referral incentives are offered to dedicated caregivers.

Qualifications

• Valid NYS PCA or HHA certification.
• Willingness to work in Babylon, Dix Hills and surrounding areas.
• Availability for both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home care and companionship to clients.
• Assist with daily activities (dressing, bathing, meals).
• Keep living spaces clean, safe and welcoming.
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes.
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals

• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines.
