Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking compassionate Certified Caregivers – PCA and HHA – to provide one-on-one in-home care in Patchogue, NY and surrounding areas. Earn $19.86/hr with extra cash through our Caregiver Rewards Program.

Requirements include NYS PCA or HHA certification and willingness to work 12-hour or live-in shifts; 8am–8pm and live-in options available. Flexible schedules, weekly pay, and benefits are offered.

Your Role as a Caregiver:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
