Job summary

Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Certified Caregiver to provide one-on-one in-home care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA). Earn $19.86 per hour with additional rewards through our caregiver program and weekly pay.

Ideal candidates hold NYS PCA or HHA certification and are available for 12-hour shifts in Brooklyn and surrounding areas. Benefits include paid orientation, referral bonuses, time off, and comprehensive health plans.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in Brooklyn and surrounding areas.
• Valid NYS Personal Care Aide (PCA) or NYS Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification REQUIRED
• Availability to work 12hr shifts, 8am-8pm
• Experience with bedbound care, transfer/Hoyer lift experience preferred
• Have compassion, reliability, trustworthiness, and honesty

Responsibilities

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
