Care Finders, Inc. is seeking a Spanish-speaking caregiver (HHA or PCA) to provide compassionate, one-on-one care in clients' homes across Manhattan, Queens, and the Bronx. The role offers steady hours and competitive pay.

You will work 12-hour shifts, with options for weekdays and weekends, and you must hold an active NYS PCA or HHA certification. Bilingual Spanish skills are highly valued, and referrals plus rewards programs add extra earning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active NYS PCA or HHA certification is required.
• Must be willing to work in Manhattan, Queens, or Bronx, NY.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends.
• Fluent in Spanish; bilingual preferred.
• Experience with bedbound clients and transfer/hoyer lift preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Bring comfort and companionship to clients in their homes
• Frequent standing and walking; assisting members with daily activities (dressing, bathing, and meals); bending, reaching, pushing, pulling, and occasional lifting or supporting individuals
• Keep living spaces clean, safe, and welcoming
• Offer medication reminders and support healthy routines
