Job summary

ModivCare is seeking a Live-In Caregiver (PCA/HHA) to provide one-on-one in-home care in Queens County, NY. The role requires active NYS PCA or HHA certification and availability for live-in shifts. Transfer experience is needed, with hoyer lift experience preferred.

English proficiency is essential, and bilingual candidates are an advantage. We offer weekly pay, paid orientation, flexible schedules (full-time, part-time, weekends), and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and retirement.
