Job summary

Queensborough National Bank is seeking a motivated teller/personal banker to serve customers with prompt, professional service while safeguarding confidential records and transactions. You will engage clients to identify financial needs, explain products, process deposits and payments, and document activities for performance tracking and future sales.

A minimum of 2 years teller/personal banker experience and a high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field preferred; some college in Accounting considered.
• Knowledge of bank products, services and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Performs sales, service, and financial activities with all clients.
• Conducts client conversations to identify financial needs and solutions.
• Receives checks and cash for deposits and processes transactions accurately.
• Assists Branch Manager with other duties and assignments as requested.
• Ensures compliance with bank policies, procedures, and security standards.
