Qualifications

• High School or better.
• Bachelor's or better in Finance or related field.
• Some college or better in Accounting.
• Demonstrated cash handling, transaction processing, balancing, and customer service experience in a financial institution or similar environment.
• Working knowledge of deposit accounts, digital banking tools, branch procedures, customer identification requirements, and basic compliance expectations.
• Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, accuracy, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to identify customer needs and make appropriate product, service, or partner referrals.
• Comfortable using banking systems, customer service platforms, digital tools, and standard office technology.
• Ability to work branch hours, including occasional Saturdays or extended hours as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Support teller duties independently and accurately process routine transactions.
• Assist with platform responsibilities: account servicing, needs assessment, and referrals.
• Provide professional, courteous service to deepen relationships and maintain operational controls.
