Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of janitorial work procedures.

Responsibilities

• High dusting of surfaces and fixtures around rooms.
• Sanitizing and spot cleaning of surfaces below shoulder height.
• Bathroom cleaning including sinks and toilets with germicidal solutions.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Floor dusting and vacuuming, cleaning under furniture.
• Outside grounds care and cleanliness checks.
• Maintain public common areas clean and presentable.
• Food court area cleaning, trash removal, and sanitizing tables.
• Sanitize floors and back out from rooms during cleaning.
• Ensure quiet, courteous customer interactions and report issues.
