Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of janitorial work.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Understand and follow safety protocols and MSDS directions.
• Capable of lifting and moving up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform high dusting of surfaces and fixtures.
• Sanitize and spot-clean surfaces, doors, walls and windows.
• Clean bathrooms using germicidal solutions and check dispensers.
• Empty trash and replace liners in assigned areas.
• Dust mop or vacuum floors and clean under furniture.
• Inspect and maintain cleanliness of public areas and shared spaces.
• Spot clean food court areas and sanitize tables and chairs.
• Ensure orderly appearance of floors, corridors and entranceways.
