Job summary

Radley James is seeking a motivated data-driven engineer to join a fast-moving algorithmic trading team in New York. After onboarding you’ll contribute to P&L-generating projects, combining coding, data analysis, and trading intuition to build and refine strategies in a crypto/HFT context.

You’ll analyse large volumes of trading data, develop strategies and tools in Python, and collaborate with traders to optimise liquidity provision and execution, taking ownership from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Python coding experience through work, study, or personal projects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Interest in trading, HFT, and crypto markets.

The role

You’ll join a global trading team and, after a short onboarding period, work directly on P&L-generating projects. The role combines coding, data analysis, and trading intuition, with a strong focus on building and improving algorithmic trading strategies.
