Job summary

Radley James is seeking a motivated data-driven engineer to join a fast-moving algorithmic trading team in New York. After onboarding you’ll contribute to P&L-generating projects, combining coding, data analysis, and trading intuition to build and refine strategies in a crypto/HFT context.

You’ll analyse large volumes of trading data, develop strategies and tools in Python, and collaborate with traders to optimise liquidity provision and execution, taking ownership from concept to production.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of Python coding experience through work, study, or personal projects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.
• Interest in trading, HFT, and crypto markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse large volumes of trading and transaction data to generate insights
• Build and improve trading strategies and tools using Python
• Work closely with experienced traders to optimise liquidity provision and execution
• Take ownership of projects from idea through to production
