Job summary

Banyak Group is seeking an algorithmic trader to design and implement new strategies for digital assets. The role covers development, testing, and production deployment across equities, commodities, crypto, and fixed income markets.

You will partner with the tech team to expand internal tools, perform post-trade analysis, and review portfolio performance across strategies. A strong market sense and ownership mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.
• Proven track record detailing profitability of strategies.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling; C++/Java a plus.
• Experience in decision-making and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute new automated trading strategies including identifying opportunities, testing their validity, and building production infrastructure.
• Enhance trading operations by expanding and maintaining internal tools with the technology team.
• Conduct post-trade analysis and performance reviews across strategies.
