Job summary

TDX Power, LLC seeks an experienced Utility Operations Manager based in Anchorage, AK, to lead safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations across remote locations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, utility management or related field preferred; substantial relevant utility operations experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
• Demonstrated progressively responsible experience in electric utility operations, including personnel, maintenance, safety, reliability, budgeting, projects, and emergency response.
• Broad working knowledge of electric generation and distribution utility operations, maintenance methods, scheduling, logistics, budgeting, and operational controls.
• Demonstrated ability to lead employees and contractors across geographically dispersed or remote operating locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the daily operations, maintenance, and operational reporting for assigned TDX Power utility operations.
• Provide leadership and supervision to plant operators, field personnel, technicians, and other operations staff; coordinate shared resources.
• Establish operating priorities and coordinate personnel, equipment, materials, contractors, and other resources across locations.
• Ensure utility operations comply with safety, environmental, regulatory, company, and operational requirements.
• Develop and maintain maintenance programs for generation, distribution, facilities, vehicles, and other utility assets.
