Job summary

TDX Power, LLC is seeking a Utilities Operations Manager to lead safe, reliable and cost-efficient operations across Alaska locations. You will oversee plant operations, distribution, maintenance programs, personnel, contractors, projects, logistics, and emergency response to enhance safety and efficiency.

The role requires coordinating across sites, developing maintenance plans, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements, with periodic remote travel and strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, utility management, or a related field preferred.
• Progressively responsible experience in electric utility operations.
• Broad knowledge of electric generation and distribution utility operations.
• Willingness to travel periodically to remote Alaska operating locations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations, maintenance, and reporting for assigned TDX Power utility operations.
• Provide leadership to plant operators, field personnel, technicians, and other operations staff; coordinate linemen, electricians, generator mechanics, contractors, and specialists.
• Establish operating priorities and coordinate resources across locations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, regulatory, and operational requirements.
• Promote safety culture; ensure staff are trained and equipped to perform duties safely.
• Develop and maintain preventive, predictive, protective, and corrective maintenance programs for assets.
• Document maintenance, inspections, and corrective actions to completion.
