Job summary

Foundation Health Partners in Fairbanks, Alaska, is seeking experienced OR RNs to join the OR team. This full-time role offers Days shift (4) 10-hour shifts, with PRN options, and compensation of $38.42–$63.35 hourly based on experience and education.

Relocation up to $7,500, 90 days temporary housing, shift differential, PTO, and a comprehensive benefits package (medical, vision, dental, 401k with employer match) are available.

Qualifications

• Requires Alaska RN license.
• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/PALS may be required based on area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient needs across physical, psychological, social, and educational domains and plans discharge appropriately.
• Creates and updates care plans with input from patient, family, and health team.
• Coordinates care, delegates tasks, and ensures policy-compliant nursing care.
• Evaluates patient progress and revises plans as needed.
• Documents care and patient responses accurately in the medical record.
• Contributes to quality outcomes and supports ongoing professional development.
