Foundation Health Partners in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Float Pool across multiple hospital units. You will staff 6 units and float to Behavioral Health, surgical, pediatrics, medical, women’s center, and ICU as needed.

We offer a competitive hourly wage, relocation assistance up to $7,500, 90 days temporary housing, shift differential, annual increases, and PTO along with medical, vision, dental, and 401k with employer match.

Formación

• Must possess Alaska RN license.
• Requires ADN or higher in nursing.
• BLS certification is required; ACLS/PALS may be required based on area of practice.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patient needs and plan individualized care.
• Develop and revise care plans including discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Deliver care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in education and mentoring of staff and patients.
