Foundation Health Partners is seeking Registered Nurses to join the Medical/Surgical team at Fairbanks Memorial Hospital. You will contribute to patient care, discharge planning, and collaborative teamwork in a supportive Alaska community.

Qualifications

• Alaska RN license is required.
• BLS certification is required.
• ACLS or PALS may be required based on unit.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and carry out a plan of care including discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Ensure documentation is complete and accurate in the patient record.
• Promote continuous quality improvement and participate in education of others.
• Support management in delivering high-quality, safe patient care.
