Job summary

Foundation Health Partners in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join the operating room team. The position offers an incentive of $25,000 (DOE) and competitive hourly wages ranging from $38.42 to $63.35 based on experience and education.

Relocation assistance up to $7,500 and 90 days temporary housing are provided to support the transition. As an OR RN, you will work full-time with day shifts (4) 10-hour shifts) or PRN opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Alaska.
• BLS certification required.
• ACLS/PALS preferred or required as per area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient physical, psychological, social, and discharge planning needs.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care with discharge planning.
• Provide direct patient care per physician orders and nursing plan of care.
• Document assessments, plans, and patient responses in the medical record.
• Contribute to ongoing quality indicators and collaboration within the care team.
