Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of related experience and/or training.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise frontline workers and ensure daily/periodic tasks are completed with quality.
• Assist Project Manager with ordering and purchasing supplies and monitor site inventory.
• Provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff; support Employment and Ability One programs.
• Perform hands-on janitorial duties and maintain site safety and paperwork.
