Qualifications

• OSHA 30-hour General Industry certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to supervise and develop a multi-location team.
• Experience with regulatory laws and union environments.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules and timecards.
• Must be able to work flexible hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data tracking.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day janitorial operations to meet contract requirements.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual and government regulations.
• Act as point of contact with Government and authorize decisions within policy.
• Manage contract budget and efficiency reviews.
• Schedule personnel, review timecards, and manage supplies and equipment.
• Set expectations, coach staff, and implement process improvements.
• Conduct performance evaluations and ensure safety training and OSHA standards.
• Maintain OPSEC, GFP, and Safety programs; prepare reports as required.
• Monitor AbilityOne ratio of disabled vs non-disabled employees and related reports.
• Coordinate with Able-One department and prepare estimates for changes to the contract.
• Execute inspections and logs and maintain required documentation.
