Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound activities with Anchorage team and South-North corridor.
• Coordinate with COPA contractor for planning and arrivals.
• Meet drivers, collect paperwork, and direct offload operations.
• Maintain stock and update on-hand materials in the system.
• Prepare daily reports on deliveries and asset movements.
• Support packing lists and BOM coordination for outbound shipments.
