Job summary

DSV Air & Sea is seeking a Project Logistics Specialist for field operations on the North Slope of Alaska. The role involves coordinating receiving, dispatching, and tracking materials at the KIC and North Slope sites, and ensuring timely delivery across the East–West ice road on a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off cycle.

Responsibilities include daily communication with Anchorage teams, maintaining packing lists, and producing reports on inventory and deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or logistics.
• Experience in transportation and logistics environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and intercultural skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with Anchorage LMS on arrivals from the South-North corridor.
• Update COPA Materials Handling contractor on expected arrivals.
• Meet drivers, collect paperwork, and guide to offload areas.
• Record loads in c2c and coordinate yard marshal assignments.
• Provide daily On-Hand material reports and OS&D updates.
• Perform periodic stock takes and update locations.
• Coordinate BOMs and packing lists with LMS Expediting Team.
