Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics is seeking a Project Logistics Specialist for field operations on Alaska’s North Slope. The role involves inbound/outbound coordination, documentation control, and daily site reporting on material movements.

The position supports 2 weeks on/2 weeks off in a challenging environment, requiring strong project management, communication, and teamwork skills. Base pay is hourly with full benefits and a robust safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project management or logistics (noted in descriptions).
• Experience working in a transportation and logistics environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound activities and verify truck arrivals.
• Update COPA Materials Handling contractor with expected arrivals.
• Meet truck drivers on site and collect paperwork.
• Receive loads into c2c and direct yard marshalling for offload.
• Archive PODs and maintain daily On-Hand material reports.
• Provide daily reports of delivered materials and OS&D updates.
