SLR Consulting (Americas) is seeking a Principal Geologist/Scientist/Engineer to lead the Alaska Land Quality & Remediation practice in Anchorage or Fairbanks. You’ll mentor staff, grow client partnerships, and guide multi-discipline teams to deliver high-quality environmental solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, technical excellence, and strategic growth, with a strong emphasis on client relationships and business development in Alaska.

Qualifications

• 10 to 15+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Strong technical background in investigation and remediation.
• Familiar with CERCLA, TSCA and RCRA.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Alaska portfolio and client base.
• Lead complex environmental projects as principal-in-charge.
• Mentor staff and develop talent across teams.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and delivery targets.
