Job summary

SLR Consulting (Americas) seeks a Staff Environmental Scientist/Engineer to join the Alaska Land and Water Group. You will support site investigation, environmental assessment, and site remediation including design of active treatment systems, with travel to urban and remote locations across Alaska.

The role offers growth and exposure to diverse projects in regulatory permitting, data handling, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Willing to commit to field assignments up to two weeks away from Anchorage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in site investigation, environmental assessment, and site remediation activities.
• Support design of active treatment systems and groundwater monitoring.
• Coordinate fieldwork, data management, reporting, and regulatory compliance.
