SLR Consulting (US) seeks a Principal Consultant to lead Alaska operations, mentor a growing team of environmental professionals, and advance regulatory compliance, air quality monitoring, and environmental program management. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams across state and industrial settings while expanding client partnerships and ensuring projects meet scope, budget, and schedule.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, stakeholder engagement, and strategic growth to position SLR

Qualifications

• Proven track record in environmental consulting.
• 15+ years of project and contractor management experience.
• Strong knowledge of air quality regulations (Title V, PSD, NSPS, NESHAP, GHG, RMP, Ambient Monitoring).

Responsabilités

• Develop and mentor a growing team of environmental professionals.
• Organize project teams, logistics and schedule to efficiently deliver projects.
• Manage and contribute to air quality permit applications (PSD, Title V, Minor Permit, AQADs).
• Manage environmental management programs across media (land, water, waste).
• Provide regulatory guidance and compliance support to clients across industries.
• Ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.
• Grow client relationships through meetings and thought leadership.
