Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Business Group Manager based in Alaska (Anchorage) to lead and grow our federal portfolio across multiple US government agencies. You will report to the Alaska Area Manager and collaborate with the West Region Federal Business Group Director.

The role involves leading the Alaska cost center, business development, and cross-group coordination to drive growth and profitability of HDR's federal practice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, architecture or closely related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing complex projects.
• Ability to market services and build strong relationships with US government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow HDR's Federal Business Group in Alaska.
• Oversee federal programs, project delivery, client management, QA/QC, and staffing.
• Manage fee proposals, negotiations, and construction oversight for large federal projects.
