Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager for our Alaska Resources Business Group in Anchorage. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee project scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinate with clients and subconsultants to ensure successful delivery.

Preferred candidates hold an advanced degree or PMP, with experience in engineering or environmental regulatory projects. Local Alaska candidates are preferred; full-time in Anchorage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 10 years related experience.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Able to interact with cross-disciplinary teams and clients.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams and deliver within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and coordinate subconsultants.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure expectations are met.
• Coordinate internal tasks and ensure effective communication among team members.
