Job summary

HDR seeks a strategic-minded Senior Project Manager to join our Alaska Resources Business Group in Anchorage, leading multidisciplinary teams across public and private development projects.

Responsibilities include delivering projects on scope, schedule, and budget; developing scopes of work and cost estimates; coordinating internal tasks and subconsultants; and maintaining strong client relations. Preference for PMP and 10 years PM experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 10 years related experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multidiciplinary project teams.
• Oversee all phases of projct development ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and review scopes of work, cost estimates, and schedules.
• Implement QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinate internal project tasks and manage external subconsultants to meet project objectives.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.
• Ensure coordination of deliverables and consistent communication between team members.
• Conduct team meetings to discuss productivity, workload distribution, and quality control.
• Collaborate with HDR leadership to monitor project workload and resource needs.
• Work with the Accounting, Operational, and Business leadership for periodic project reviews.
• Perform other duties as needed.
