Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years of office or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with power and telecom services, process payments, and support billing and administrative tasks.
• Promote AP&T services and ensure professional customer interactions.
• Represent AP&T at community events and outreach activities.
