Job summary

Alaska Power & Telephone Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our in-person team in Craig, Haines, Ketchikan, Petersburg or Wrangell, Alaska. The role requires residence in one of these locations and offers starting pay of $24.00/hour (DOE) with a comprehensive benefits package.

As a CSR, you will be the friendly voice of AP&T, helping customers with power and telecom services, processing payments, answering calls, and supporting billing and administrative tasks while

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of office or customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 10-key.
• Valid driver's license and insurability by AP&T.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings.
• Ability to professionally represent AP&T and promote services at events.
• Background check and drug screening may be required.

Alaska PowerTelephone is seeking a full-time or part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) in Craig, Haines, Ketchikan, Petersburg or Wrangell, Alaska. This is an in-person role that requires residence in one of these Alaska locations.

This is an in-person position-not remote-and plays a key role in supporting our communities through reliable service and customer care.

About the Role:

Compensation/ Benefits for Full-Time Employment:
