Alaska Power & Telephone (AP&T) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the friendly face and helpful voice for customers in Alaska. This in-person role supports power and telecom services, processes payments, answers calls, and assists billing and administrative tasks, with a focus on reliable service and community care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of office or customer service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and 10-key
• Valid driver's license and insurability by AP&T
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training or meetings
• Ability to professionally represent AP&T and promote our services at community events and outreach activities.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. May be subject to random testing without notice.
• Resilience to Alaska's rugged weather and remote conditions

Responsibilities

• As CSR, assist customers with power and telecom services, process payments, answer calls, and support billing and administrative tasks.
• Promote our services and ensure every customer interaction reflects reliability and care.
• Represent AP&T at community events and outreach activities.
