Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in alarm monitoring, installation or service.
• Ability to meet state/licensing requirements and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Remote inspection, testing and servicing of alarms and protective devices.
• Support repair, replacement and installation of alarm systems with contract technicians.
• Prepare logs/reports and enter information into computer systems.
• Communicate with technical staff, management, and end-users regarding testing and service.
• Diagnose issues from available data and arrange on-site service when needed.
