Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years CCTV, access control, burg or low voltage experience.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Field‑oriented work: 80% in the field.

Responsibilities

• Install and wire alarm systems per local code.
• Read, understand, and follow blueprints.
• Conduct proper test and inspection of systems.
• Troubleshoot and service fire alarm systems.
• Communicate expectations with customers.
• Inspect systems to locate problems like loose connections or insulation.
• Demonstrate systems and explain false alarms causes.
• Clean up debris after service work.
• Provide excellent customer service aligned with company mission.
