Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license per Allied Universal policy
• Access control and badge experience preferred
• Alarm panel experience preferred
• Customer service experience preferred
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Background check and drug screen as per law may be required
• Driving position requires valid driver's license only when driving

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors per site policies and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, access points, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations; notify appropriate personnel and complete documentation.
• Observe and report hazards or equipment concerns that may affect operations.
