Job summary

Allied Universal is looking for an experienced Security Officer Alarm Response Driver in Wilmington, NC to safeguard clients across manufacturing and industrial locations. You will conduct patrols, monitor alarm activity, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and offers a daytime to overnight shift schedule. Training and growth opportunities are provided in a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be able to lift more than 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors following site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and report per site protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and access points to identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor restricted areas and verify credentials as required.
• Complete detailed activity reports and shift communications professionally.
