Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and delivery personnel and follow site policies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms with calm, reporting procedures.
• Perform regular unarmed patrols of the facility and adjacent areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed; document activity.
• Prepare and submit daily activity reports and communicate observations to management.
