Responsibilities

• Coordinate new and current work orders with Alarm leadership.
• Request Construction Schedule from GC and maintain schedules.
• Maintain Operations Meeting spreadsheet and logs.
• Process Change Orders and maintain Change Order Log with deadlines.
• Maintain Workmanship Log for punch list tracking on jobs.
• Track lift rentals, transfers and enter POs.
• Verify Foreman Packs and Test Packs.
• Follow up on meeting notes and action items with deadlines.
• Process Alarm documents as needed; set up job folders.
• Save materials quotes as historical data for fabrication.
