Job summary

EY is seeking a delivery leader with extensive Aladdin expertise to design, implement, and support investment management solutions. You will partner with senior tech and business stakeholders to deliver scalable Aladdin configurations and data cloud workflows, ensuring compliance and efficiency across the program.

You will manage a team of business analysts, drive cross‑functional communication, and stay current on product enhancements to identify automation opportunities within the Aladdin

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree and ~5 years of related work experience; or a graduate degree and ~4 years of related work experience.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, accounting, finance or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years at a financial services company or as an advisor to such a company.
• 3+ years of hands-on Aladdin experience and demonstrated implementation leadership.
• Experience leading and supervising technology advisors through the full tech life cycle.

Responsibilities

• Define project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation projects end-to-end.
• Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness and data migration.
• Define Aladdin Data Cloud implementation roadmap and prioritize efficiency, data quality, and compliance.
• Manage Aladdin platform configuration, workflows, and integrations across modules.
• Document client use-cases into a use-case catalogue.
• Coordinate with ACT teams to log, triage, and resolve issues.
