Job summary

EY is seeking a platform owner and delivery leader to design, implement, and support Aladdin-based investment management solutions. You will drive end-to-end projects, coordinate with senior stakeholders, and ensure scalable, compliant configurations across trading, portfolio management, and post-trade functions.

You will lead multi-functional teams, manage data migrations, and shape the long-term Aladdin roadmap within a fast-growing investment organization.

Responsibilities

• Define overall project plan and lead multiple Aladdin implementation/end-to-end projects.
• Lead BlackRock migration activities including environment readiness, data migration, and regression testing.
• Define roadmap for Aladdin and Aladdin Data Cloud implementations to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Drive platform configuration, compliance rule setup, workflows, and integration points across modules.
• Document use-cases into a catalogue for BlackRock Client projects.
• Coordinate asset class workflows and project plan prioritization.
• Maintain issue tracker and coordinate issue resolution with ACT teams.
• Produce governance reports and track deliverables.
• Prepare project closure reports with client sign-offs.
• Manage a team of business analysts and provide mentorship.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication between front/middle/back-office teams.
• Promote best practices in system configuration and delivery methodology.
• Stay updated on Aladdin product enhancements and industry trends.
