Job summary

Madison Core Laboratories is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our Alabama laboratories. You will partner with executive leadership to deliver people strategies, ensuring compliance, safety, and a high-performing culture across the state.

The role covers talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, payroll oversight, HRIS, training and development, onboarding, and policy implementation, working with managers and staff throughout Alabama.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of human resource management experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruiting processes including coordinating with temp agencies and attending job fairs.
• Conduct onboarding, time clock training, and orientation for new hires.
• Manage employee performance reviews and coaching.
• Maintain employee handbook and ensure compliance with employment laws.
• Administer benefits, payroll oversight, and HRIS systems.
• Maintain training records and ensure required trainings are completed.
