Madison Core Laboratories is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for our laboratory locations across Alabama. You will work with executive leadership to shape people strategies that support a compliant, safety-focused workplace and statewide leadership across talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits, HR systems, and payroll oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of human resource management experience.
• PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide HR operations for Alabama laboratories.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Manage benefits, payroll oversight, and compliance.
• Develop and implement HR policies and training programs.
• Ensure OSHA compliance and employment-law adherence.
• Maintain HRIS, LMS, and applicant tracking systems.
