Green Leaf Care Center in Dunn, NC is seeking a Resident Care Director to lead the assisted living community and work closely with the Executive Director and Medical Director to maintain high standards of resident care.

The role requires an active NC RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and at least 2 years of supervisory healthcare experience. Full-time hours with day shift, competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits.

Position Summary:

As the Resident Care Director, it is your responsibility for the overall management and success of the assisted living community. The Resident Care Director will work directly with the Executive Director and the Medical Director to ensure the highest degree of quality of care is maintained for each resident at all times.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN within the state in which you work.

• Must possess an active CPR certification for healthcare providers by an American Heart Association (AHA) approved provider.

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing community or other related healthcare community, preferably in long-term care.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: 8:30a - 5:00p

  • Flexibility for After Hours and Weekends

• Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
