Job summary

Green Leaf Care Center in Sanford, NC seeks a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on care in an Assisted Living setting. You will help residents with daily activities, comfort, and social engagement under the guidance of a supervisor.

The role offers full-time hours with shifts 3:00p–11:00p and 11:00p–7:00a, starting wage $13.00 per hour. A supportive, team-oriented environment and growth opportunities are highlighted with benefits and a strong leadership team.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and emotional and social support, attending to residents' physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned per the resident’s care plan and supervisor directions.

Position Summary:
