Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a Personal Care Aide at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC. You will provide safe, compassionate assistance to residents in an Assisted Living setting, helping with daily activities and comfort under the resident care plan.

Qualifications

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and emotional/social support to residents in an Assisted Living setting.
• Attend to residents' physical needs and comfort as directed by care plans and supervisor.
• Perform direct care tasks as assigned in accordance with care plans.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Shift & Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunities Available

• Shifts Needed: 3:00p - 11:00p and 11:00p - 7:00a

• Wage: Starting at $13.00 per hour
