Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is hiring a Personal Care Aide at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC. The role provides safe environment, emotional and social support, and assists residents with daily living activities in an Assisted Living setting per care plan.

Full-time opportunities with shifts 3:00p-11:00p and 11:00p-7:00a. Starting wage of $13.00 per hour. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, PTO, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a safe environment and attend to residents' physical needs and comfort.
• Offer emotional and social support in an Assisted Living setting.
• Perform direct care to residents as assigned per care plan and supervisor's direction.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
