Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group at Green Leaf Care Center in Lillington, NC is seeking a Personal Care Aide to provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents in an assisted living setting.

You will assist with daily living activities, maintain safety and dignity, and follow care plans under supervision. Wage starts at $13 per hour with full-time shifts 3:00p-11:00p and 11:00p-7:00a.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in high school or be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to provide a safe environment, give emotional and social support, and attend to the resident's physical needs and comfort in an Assisted Living Setting. Performs direct care to the residents as assigned, in accordance with the resident’s care plan, and as directed by your supervisor.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be enrolled in a high school program or be a high school graduate or equivalent. Completion of required coursework with demonstration of competency.

• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including electronic health record software.
